Hoobe alternative and Hoo.be pricing vs Linktree, for creators who earn from affiliate links
Hoo.be is the link in bio many large creators use, and most guides still call it invite-only with prices shown after approval. We read its pricing page, its signup flow and the price list in its code on 2 October 2026. Here is what it costs now, and when another page earns you more.
The short answer
Hoo.be is no longer invite-only. Anyone can sign up free with an email code, and its pricing page lists Free, Pro at $9.99 and Premium at $29.99 a month, with a 9%, 5% or 0% seller fee on what you sell there. It is a polished media page. If your page is mostly other brands' products, pick one that shows which affiliate link earned. Favly Pro does that for $288 a year.

who this page is for
A page that looks good is not the same as a page that pays.
Hoo.be is built to show off: video, music, photo carousels and short links on your handle, each with a click count. That suits a musician or a personality whose page is a portfolio. A reviewer whose page is a shelf of headphones, mics and software has a different question every month, which is which of those links produced the commission, and a tap count cannot answer it.
How to choose
What to look for in a Hoobe alternative if your page sells other brands' products.
Know what your page is for
Hoo.be is strongest as a showcase. Video and music embeds, photo carousels, a tip jar and paywalled content all sit well on it. If that is what fans come for, staying is reasonable and the free plan is generous. If fans come for your picks, the page should be judged on what those picks earn, not on how it looks.
Read the seller fee against your own sales
The 9%, 5% and 0% apply to things sold through hoo.be. Selling $400 a month of presets on the free plan costs $36 a month in fees, which is more than Premium. Affiliate commission is different: the merchant pays it to you directly, so no link page fee touches it at any tier.
Count the cost of your own domain
On Hoo.be the custom domain is a Premium feature, so $179.99 a year at the yearly rate. On Linktree, removing branding starts on Pro. On Favly a custom domain is part of Pro at $288 a year. Every creator tool that closed in the last three years left its users with dead addresses in old posts. A domain you own avoids that.
Commission per link, not clicks per link
Hoo.be counts clicks on each short link, and that is useful. What it cannot tell you is that the $40 mic you link every week earned $3 while the $300 interface you mention once a month earned $45. Only the program's commission report, matched to the link, tells you which pick deserves the top slot.
Check the price on your own screen
Hoo.be is testing prices. The same Pro plan appears in its code at $8, $9.99 and $14.99 a month. That is normal for a growing app, but it means a review that quotes one number is not a quote. Take the figure from your checkout, and compare yearly costs, not first month offers.
Move it without losing clicks
How to move from Hoo.be to a storefront that tracks earnings, in four steps.
List what earned, from the program side
Open your Amazon Associates, brand program and network reports for the last 12 months and write down every product that produced a commission. Add the picks you still recommend. That list, sorted by earnings, is your new page.
Keep the showcase where it works
If your hoo.be page carries music, video or paid content, it can stay. Add one block that points to your storefront of picks, and let each page do one job well.
Build the storefront in collections
Put your picks on a Favly storefront at favly.com/@you, grouped the way people shop: desk setup, audio, the software you use. Add the Favly tag to each program's sub ID field so commission can be matched back to the link.
Put your own domain in front, then review monthly
On Pro, point picks.yourname.com at the storefront and use that address in your bio and descriptions. Import commission reports each month and move the earners to the top.
If it is not a fit
If Hoo.be is your portfolio and you sell your own content, it may be the right answer.
This page is not going to sell you something you do not need. If your page is a media showcase with music, video, tips or paywalled posts, Hoo.be does that well, the free plan is real, and Premium removes the seller fee for $179.99 a year. Favly does not replace it, because Favly takes no payments from fans. If your page holds a handful of plain links and no affiliate income, a free plan anywhere is enough. Favly earns its $288 a year when your page is full of other brands' products across several programs and you want to know which link paid.

FAQ
Questions creators ask about Hoo.be and what to use instead.
Is Hoo.be still invite-only?
No. Hoo.be now has an open signup. On 2 October 2026 its signup page asked only for an email address, sent a 6 digit code and created a free account, and its old apply address went to the home page. Many reviews still describe it as invite-only because they were written before the change.
How much does Hoo.be cost?
Hoo.be lists three plans. Free is $0, Pro is $9.99 a month and Premium is $29.99 a month, or $59.99 and $179.99 a year on yearly billing. The first month can cost $1. Its pricing code also tests Pro at $8 and $14.99, so confirm the figure on your own checkout screen.
Does Hoo.be take a cut of sales?
Yes, on things you sell through it. The seller fee is 9% on Free, 5% on Pro and 0% on Premium, according to its pricing page. That applies to products, tips and paywalled content sold on hoo.be. Affiliate commission from Amazon or a brand program is paid to you by the merchant, so it is not touched.
Hoobe vs Linktree, which is better?
They are close on price. Linktree lists Starter, Pro and Premium at $6, $12 and $30 a month billed annually, and Hoo.be lists Pro and Premium at $59.99 and $179.99 a year. Hoo.be is stronger on rich media and short links per handle. Linktree is the bigger ecosystem. Neither reports affiliate commission per link.
Can I use a custom domain on Hoo.be?
Yes, on the Premium plan only. Hoo.be's pricing FAQ says you can connect a domain such as links.yourname.com on Premium, and it handles the setup. At the yearly rate that is $179.99 a year. Favly includes a custom domain on Pro at $288 a year, along with earnings per link.
Is Hoo.be good for affiliate links?
It holds them well. Product blocks, carousels and short links on your handle, each with a click count, make a tidy page of picks. What it does not describe is matching a program's commission report back to each link, so you see taps, not earnings. If affiliate income is the main job, that is the gap to fill.
What is the best Hoobe alternative?
It depends on what your page does. For music, video, tips and paywalled posts, Hoo.be itself or Beacons. For selling your own downloads, a creator shop with checkout such as Stan Store. For product recommendations that earn affiliate commission, a storefront that shows which link earned. Favly Pro does that for $288 a year on your own domain.
Does Hoo.be have a free plan?
Yes. Hoo.be Free has no time limit and includes one profile, unlimited links, two draft pages, basic analytics and a tip jar. It carries hoo.be branding and a 9% seller fee on sales. Removing the branding starts on Pro.
Does Hoo.be work for agencies?
Yes. Hoo.be has an agency dashboard for managing a roster of creator profiles, with claim links, team permissions and analytics across every profile. It does not publish a price for it and asks agencies to book a call. Reviews report $250 a month and up, which we could not confirm on its own pages.
Can I keep Hoo.be and add a storefront?
Yes, and for many creators that is the right setup. Keep the hoo.be page for media and fan payments, and add one link to a storefront of picks. Each page then does one job, and your commission reports tell you which recommendations to feature.
