These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Favly website and product. By using Favly, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Favly is the affiliate OS for creator recommendations. You get a storefront at favly.com/@you where the tools, gear, and software you recommend can earn affiliate commissions, recurring SaaS payouts, and brand deals when fans buy. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and honestly and for the recommendations you publish.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content of your storefront.

Your content

Your recommendations, descriptions, and storefront content are yours. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the right to recommend and link to it. You can edit or remove items and close your storefront at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Favly to break the law, infringe others' rights, publish misleading or deceptive recommendations, promote products you have not genuinely evaluated in a way that misleads your audience, attempt to compromise the service or other creators, generate fake clicks or conversions, or circumvent our security controls. We may suspend or remove access for violations.

Affiliate disclosure and FTC compliance

Favly is built to keep creators honest with their audiences. Where you earn a commission or run a paid brand deal, you must disclose that relationship. To support this, Favly labels monetized links on your storefront with an #ad tag so fans can see which recommendations are affiliate or sponsored. You remain responsible for following the FTC endorsement guidelines and any equivalent rules in your country, including clear and conspicuous disclosure on the social posts where you promote your storefront.

No earnings are guaranteed. Favly does not promise any level of income. What you earn depends on your audience, the products you recommend, the affiliate and brand programs available, and whether fans actually purchase. Any figures, examples, or projections shown anywhere on Favly are illustrative and are not a guarantee of results.

Payments and payouts

Paid plans are billed per the pricing on our pricing page. Every plan is paid and there is no permanent free option. Fees are stated in USD. We pay out cleared affiliate commissions and brand-deal earnings on a weekly schedule once you clear a low minimum balance, and we do not skim a commission on top of what the affiliate programs pay you. Payouts depend on affiliate networks confirming and releasing commissions, which can take time and may be reversed on refunds or fraud.

Intellectual property

Favly and its software, content, and trademarks are owned by us. Your recommendations and the storefront you build are yours to use. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and performant. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Data

Our handling of your information, including signup email, click and conversion analytics, and affiliate link tracking, is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Favly does not guarantee any earnings, and we are not responsible for the terms, availability, or payment behavior of third-party affiliate networks or brand partners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
