This Privacy Policy explains how Favly ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product. Favly is the affiliate OS for creator recommendations: you get a storefront at favly.com/@you where the AI tools, gear, and software you recommend earn affiliate commissions, recurring SaaS payouts, and brand deals when fans buy. We aim to handle your information minimally and transparently.

Information we collect

• Signup and account information. When you sign up, we collect the email address you give us and basic account details so we can create your storefront, send your payout and product notices, and communicate about your account.
• Your storefront content. To build and run your storefront, we store the products, tools, and recommendations you add, along with your titles, descriptions, and the affiliate links attached to them.
• Click and conversion analytics. When a fan visits your storefront, we record aggregate analytics such as clicks on your links and, where an affiliate program reports it back, conversions and commissions. This is how we show creators what their audience actually buys and calculate what you have earned.
• Affiliate link tracking. Monetized links pass through tracking so the relevant affiliate program can credit a purchase to your account. This lets us attribute commissions to the right creator and report your earnings accurately.
• Usage data. We collect standard logs and analytics about how the website and product are used, including IP address and device information, to operate and secure the service.
• Contact messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply and follow up.

How we use your information

We use your information to build and run your storefront, attach and track affiliate links, report clicks, conversions, and earnings back to you, process payouts, communicate about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your storefront analytics with other creators.

Affiliate networks and payments

To earn you commissions, Favly works with affiliate networks, brand partners, and a payment processor. When a fan buys through one of your links, the relevant network processes that purchase and reports the commission so we can credit it to you. We share only the information those partners need to attribute and pay commissions, under contract.

How we protect information

Data is encrypted in transit. Internal access is least-privilege and audited. We retain only what we need to run the service, report your earnings, and respond to you, and you can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with the subprocessors and partners needed to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery, affiliate networks, and payment processing, under contract. A current subprocessor list and a Data Processing Addendum are available on request.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at team@favly.com to exercise your rights.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Your storefront content and earnings records are kept to run your storefront and meet payment and tax obligations, and you can edit your storefront or close your account at any time. Contact records are kept as long as needed to support you.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure clicks and conversions on storefronts, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
