Refund policy
Applies from October 14, 2026.
This page covers money you pay Favly for a Pro or Team plan. It does not cover affiliate commissions or brand-deal earnings paid out to you, which follow the payout rules in our Terms of Service.
Put simply, plan payments are final. Before you pay, the one-time demo lets you set up your favly.com/@you storefront with a collection and see it live, so you know what a plan adds. After you pay, you can stop the next renewal yourself whenever you want.
The exceptions, and only these
We refund a plan payment in three situations, provided the records back it up, and only up to the affected charge.
- You were billed twice for the same period because something went wrong in our billing.
- Your card was used without your permission, you report it to us within 14 days of the charge, and our account records and the payment records confirm it. The evidence decides, not the claim, and we may ask you to show that you also reported it to your card issuer.
- Favly was completely unusable for a continuous stretch because of a confirmed fault on our side, you told us at the time, and we were unable to fix it. Slow pages, a single broken feature, or trouble with your own device, browser or connection do not count.
If a refund is approved, it is all we owe for the matter. It is limited to what you paid for the affected period, goes back to the card that paid, and does not open the door to further refunds.
What stays paid
Outside those three cases, nothing is refunded in full or in part. That includes:
- Changing your mind, taking a break from posting, or deciding a storefront is not for you.
- Your storefront earning less than you hoped, or nothing. Commissions depend on your audience, the programs available and whether fans buy, and Favly never promises earnings.
- An affiliate network or brand declining you, changing its rates, reversing a commission or paying late.
- Collections the AI built from your posts that you did not like. AI output varies, and you can edit or rebuild any collection.
- Not logging in, not adding favorites, or not using a feature during a paid period. The plan pays for access to the tools for that period.
- A renewal that was charged, including after earlier declined attempts.
- Believing a plan was a one-off payment. Pro and Team renew automatically, as the pricing page, checkout, confirmation email and your account settings say.
- Forgetting to cancel in time, or cancelling right after a renewal.
- A feature not listed on the pricing page, or one that behaves differently from what you expected.
- A custom domain you own that was misconfigured or expired on your side.
- Picking Team when Pro was enough, or yearly when you wanted monthly.
- Unused time after cancelling. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
- Someone else using your account, including a manager or teammate you shared it with.
Why plan payments are final
Pro and Team are monthly or yearly subscriptions to the Favly software, with the limits shown on our pricing page. You pay for a period of access, not per click, per collection or per sale, and the whole period opens for you on day one whether you use it heavily or not at all.
Subscribing is your request that we start providing the plan immediately. If a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period would otherwise apply, you accept that it no longer applies once we have started at your request.
Requesting a refund
Email support@favly.com from the address you sign in with, within 14 days of the charge, and tell us the date and amount. We do not consider requests from another address or after 14 days. We work through requests in order, without a guaranteed reply time, and a declined request is final.
Cancelling, renewals and failed payments
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from your account settings at any time, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops every renewal after the current period, your storefront keeps its plan features until that period ends, and cancelling does not count as a refund request.
A new period is unlocked and payable the moment it begins. If your card declines, the amount is still owed and our payment operator tries again over the next few days. Those attempts are for the same open invoice, not new charges. Cancelling once a period has begun ends later periods only, so a renewal that is collected after a retry stays paid. To avoid being charged, cancel before the renewal date in your account.
What we record
When you sign up you accept our Terms of Service, which include this policy, and our Privacy Policy. Checkout shows the plan, price, billing period and automatic renewal before you pay, and your confirmation email and account repeat them.
For each subscription we keep the purchase time, the plan and price at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, emails we sent you, renewal notices, and an activity log of the account (sign-ins, favorites and collections added, storefront edits, link clicks and payout settings) with the technical details captured with each event. Our payment operator keeps its own record of every transaction, including the card's issuing country, where the payment came from and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims of unauthorised use are judged against these records.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, write to us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us breaches our Terms. When one is filed, we share the records above with your bank or card issuer and close the account permanently.
Plans bought earlier
A plan purchased before October 14, 2026 keeps the terms that applied on the day of purchase.
