On price, Lnk.Bio wins clearly. Its Unique plan is a one-time $24.99 payment, while Linktree's paid plans cost $72 to $360 a year billed annually. Linktree wins on recognition and its affiliate shop. For an affiliate creator, neither tells you which link earned the commission, and that number decides more income than the subscription.

We read the Lnk.Bio home page pricing block and its own comparison page on 5 October 2026, and Linktree's pricing page on 15 September 2026. Every figure below comes from those pages. Where a vendor's two pages disagree with each other, we show both rather than pick one.

How much does Lnk.Bio cost?

Lnk.Bio has a free plan and three paid ones. Free costs $0 with unlimited links. Mini is $0.99 a month. Unique is $24.99 once, with no subscription. Ultra is $89.99 a year. Add-ons are sold separately, including a custom domain, a verification tick at $2 a month, a booking calendar at $4 a month and translations at $3 a month.

The plan that matters for most creators is Unique, because it is where the Lnk.Bio logo comes off and the shop, newsletter and contact form arrive. Mini adds the things a link-heavy page uses most: scheduled links, link groups, advanced analytics, external pixels and UTM presets.

Lnk.Bio planPriceWhat it adds
Free$0Unlimited links, music and video embeds, basic statistics, QR code, 3 pages
Mini$0.99 a monthScheduled links, link groups, advanced analytics, external pixels, UTM presets, 5 pages
Unique$24.99 onceShop, newsletter, contact form, no Lnk.Bio logo, a free .bio domain for a year, 10 pages
Ultra$89.99 a yearConnect an existing domain, verification, booking calendar, AI translations

Two details on Lnk.Bio's own pages do not match. Its comparison page, dated 7 September 2026, lists the custom domain add-on at $29.99 a year and a Mini one-time option at $9.99. The pricing block on its home page lists the custom domain at $39.99 a year and shows Mini only as $0.99 a month. Check the figure on your own checkout before you budget for it.

How much does Linktree cost per month?

Linktree costs $0 on Free, $6 a month for Starter, $12 for Pro and $30 for Premium when billed annually, or $8, $15 and $35 billed monthly. That is $72, $144 or $360 a year. Pro and Premium carry a 7 day free trial. There is no one-time plan.

On fees, Linktree's pricing page says three things at once. The Starter card lists a 9% seller fee, the Premium card lists 0%, and the page's own FAQ says Linktree only charges $0.25 per payout. All three apply to products you sell yourself. Our Linktree pricing breakdown goes through every tier line by line.

Lnk.Bio vs Linktree cost over three years

Monthly prices hide the real gap, so here is what each option costs a creator who keeps the same page for three years, using annual billing where it exists.

OptionYear oneThree yearsNotes
Lnk.Bio Free$0$0Logo stays on the page
Lnk.Bio Unique$24.99$24.99Add $39.99 a year for your own domain, $144.96 over three years
Lnk.Bio Ultra$89.99$269.97Connects an existing domain
Linktree Starter$72$2169% seller fee on your own products
Linktree Pro$144$4327 day trial
Linktree Premium$360$1,0800% seller fee, affiliate shop
Favly Pro$288$864Custom domain included, earnings per affiliate link

If all you need is a tidy list of links, Lnk.Bio Unique is the cheapest paid page in the category by a wide margin, and there is no honest way to argue otherwise. Over three years it costs about a third of one year of Linktree Starter.

Is Lnk.Bio better than Linktree?

Lnk.Bio is better on price, depth of customization and having no subscription. Linktree is better on recognition with a non-technical audience, onboarding and its built-in affiliate shop. Lnk.Bio's own comparison claims Linktree raised Pro from $9 to $15 a month in November 2025; that is Lnk.Bio's claim, though the $15 monthly figure matches what we read on Linktree's page.

The honest answer depends on what the page is for. A musician or a local business with five links is well served by Lnk.Bio Free. A creator whose audience already knows the Linktree address and who wants Linktree's shop has a reason to pay for Premium. Neither of those is the creator this comparison usually leaves out.

Can you put affiliate links on Lnk.Bio?

Yes. Lnk.Bio holds any link, so Amazon Associates, Impact, Awin and software partner links all work on the free plan, and Mini adds UTM presets and pixels for tracking clicks. Disclose them as ads where the FTC requires it. What neither Lnk.Bio nor Linktree describes is matching a program's commission report back to each link, so you see taps, not earnings.

Which matters more for affiliate creators, the fee or the tracking?

For affiliate income, the fee never matters. Amazon, Impact and every software partner program pay commission to you directly, so it never passes through a link page and no seller fee touches it. Linktree's 9% and Lnk.Bio's shop pricing only apply to products you sell yourself. A creator with $1,000 a month in commission and nothing of their own to sell pays the same fee on Lnk.Bio Free and Linktree Premium, which is $0.

What does move that $1,000 is knowing which recommendation produced it. A click count tells you the $40 microphone gets tapped five times as often as the $300 audio interface. It cannot tell you the interface earned $45 last month and the microphone earned $3. Put the interface first and the same traffic pays more. That is the job of an affiliate link manager that matches commission to each link, and it is the reason Favly Pro costs more than Lnk.Bio Unique: it imports each program's commission report and shows earnings per link on a storefront at favly.com/@you.

The arithmetic is simple. Favly Pro is $24 a month billed yearly. If your page earns $500 a month in commission, a 5% lift from putting the right picks on top covers it. If your page earns $50 a month, it does not, and Lnk.Bio is the smarter buy.

What about a custom domain?

A custom domain matters more than most creators think. Koji, Bento and Linkpop all closed or were folded into another product in the last three years, and links in their users' old posts stopped working or redirected elsewhere. A domain you own in your bio, such as picks.yourname.com, makes any later move painless. On Lnk.Bio it is an add-on or part of Ultra, on Linktree it sits on paid tiers, and on Favly it is included in Pro. If the name you want is taken, a marketplace for premium domain names is worth checking before you settle for a long one. Our page on a custom domain for your link in bio covers the setup.

Which should you choose?

  • Lnk.Bio Free or Unique if you want a cheap, flexible page of links and do not need to know what each one earns.
  • Linktree Premium if your audience knows your Linktree address and you want its affiliate shop with a 0% seller fee.
  • A creator shop such as Stan or Gumroad if you sell your own downloads or courses. Our Stan Store alternatives page prices eight of them.
  • Favly Pro if your page is mostly other brands' products across several programs and you want to see which link paid. You can try one demo storefront free before choosing a plan.
