Hello, I'm a local direct lender with Capital Mortgage Services serving my client's needs for over twelve years. My company is known for closing loans on time, every time, and unlike traditional banks we offer out of the box mortgage solutions when it comes to more challenging mortgage needs. I just joined this group and thought it would be a good way to get out the word on a scholarship program being offered. Besides offering fantastic mortgage solutions to home buyers, I'm the scholarship committee chair for The Rotary Club of Ventura East. Every year we offer scholarships to graduating seniors from Ventura County schools that will be attending 2 to 4 year colleges. Scholarships typically range from $300 up to $5000 per student and this year we have $50,000 to donate. Applications are due April 16th and can be found on our website: http://rotaryventuraeast.org/ This is a need based scholarship and I encourage everyone eligible to apply. My apologies for the quickly upcoming deadline, but like I said, I just recently joined this group.
