Who We Are

Chappell Architecture (CA) began with Craftsman and Architect Dylan Chappell, whose work in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties over the last decade has explored the relationship between buildings and their environment. Dylan started the firm based on the simple idea that buildings can serve as a link between culture, nature, and the people that inhabit them. Chappell Architecture is committed to designing places for people to live and work in balance with our environment. CA believes that art and architecture work together to create an integrated spatial experience. With all our projects, we work side by side with craftspeople to fabricate specific elements so that the outcome of the work relates directly to the architectural expression.

Good morning building community! Check out this walk thru video of a 10-acre Carpinteria ranch house located on an avocado ranch. The 6,000 square foot home boasts 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, an infinity pool and more. We can't wait to see the finished product!
